Ordering Online

Ordering Online with us is safe and secure!

Our website is secured by Globalsign encryption to ensure customer interaction with our online system is 100% secure.

Card processing is conducted entirely on the Royal Bank of Scotland Worldpay secure facility - this provides complete security for your transaction and we therefore encourage you to feel comfortable using your credit card to make purchases on our site.

Return / Refund Policy

We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a no fuss guarantee.

We sell ONLY genuine products WITH a 2 year manufacturers guarantee.

In accordance with the EU Distance Selling Directive, you are entitled to cancel your order at anytime within 7 days of receiving your goods. The cancellation period ends on the expiry of the period of 7 working days beginning with the day after the day on which the you received the goods. If you wish to cancel an order under these terms, first contact us and then return your products unopened within 7 days of receiving your parcel.

Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If you are not satisfied with the goods and inform us within seven days of your receipt of the goods, we will refund the purchase cost. We will exchange items if they are faulty on delivery to you and we are notified within 10 days of the customers receipt of the product. All products to be returned must be carefully repackaged in their original packing and be pristine condition with no visible marking.

Unfortunately earrings can not be returned due to “Health & Safety” laws. This does not in any way affect your statutory rights.

Delivery Information

We offer FREE delivery on all our goods, when the consignment value is less than £70, we dispatch by Royal Mail at your risk. For your peace of mind, we also offer the option of using Royal Mail Special Delivery at an additional charge but orders OVER £70 are shipped free of charge by Special Delivery.

Pressing 'Checkout' gives delivery options, and shows a clear total, before you purchase.

We deliver ALL consignments of a total of £70 or over by Special Delivery at our expense, orders placed before 1.00pm between Tuesday & Friday will be dispatched same day

Please note that, as an Authorised Tissot Retailer we will ONLY supply Tissot watches to the EU, EEA, & Switzerland, any orders placed for delivery outside of this area will be cancelled & immediately refunded.

Prices

Goods are charged at price shown on the product pages on the date the customer places the order and are inclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of publication. Errors and omissions are excepted. Orders will be processed at our published prices, otherwise, in the case of any unexpected change in price, you will be informed and asked if you wish to reconsider your order before proceeding.

Complaints

If we should receive a complaint about any part of our service, by phone,e-mail or letter, it will be dealt with promptly (we will reply within 5 working days).It will then be dealt with confidentially,and effectively.
